Extension Levy Passes!

OSU Extension levy was passed by the voters on November 3rd. This levy will keep Extension operating through December 31, 2015.

On November 3rd the residents of Monroe County passed the Extension levy.  This levy will keep Extension operating through December 31, 2015.  Everyone at the Monroe County Extension Office would like to thank the residents for their "yes" vote.  We appreciate your support.  Passage of this levy will continue to fund the Extension Office in Monroe County.  Our office works with families and children, farmers and business owners, community leaders and elected officials to build better lives, better businesses and better communities for Monroe County.  You the voters have supported this levy since 2000.  Our services also provide direct access to information and resources from The Ohio State University and other state departments.  Programs that are funded through this levy include:  4-H Youth Development, Agriculture & Natural Resources, Family & Consumer Sciences, Community Development and the Family Nutrition Program.
